I sit here this morning, happy to get out of bed because I knew I had a Cheese Danish and Cranberry juice to eat. Lately I've been loving breakfast foods more and more, and they really help me to get going and start my day. What are your favorite things to eat for breakfast?

Honestly, I seldom eat breakfast. Once in a while I'll have a bowl of cereal, but that's it. Sometimes, on weekends, I'll make cinnamon rolls for my son and husband, though. Generally, though, we just eat cold cereal. :)

I do love breakfast foods, however I don't like them at breakfast time! I just can't eat early in the morning. The most I'll eat in the morning is some hot chocolate or a pop tart (maybe). However at other times of the day I love scrambled eggs, toast, pancakes, french toast, bagels and cream cheese, the list goes on and on :)

pop tart - that's my son's favorite too! :) I can't eat them (lol) but I can grab a granola bar and eat in the van if nothing else. Thanks for the comment!

My problem is I make stuff like pancakes, waffles and oatmeal for everyone then can't eat it so I made an omelette with ham, bacon, cheese, assorted veggies and by time it's done I'm full from snacking on everthing while I'm cooking or cutting it up. On the cheat days you can find me face down in a bowl of cereal, of course I end up paying for it later because I am lactose intolerant. I just can't eat cereal with soy milk, to me if I am going to do it, I'm going to do it all the way LOL.

It has been quite some time i haven't have my breakfast. As far as i remember what i just have in the past 12 months are a glass of low fat milk, or a thin slice of bread without jam or butter,or a cup of strawberry yogurt, or an apple/orange. I did like American breakfast. It was my favourite. I like fried eggs, sausages, hams, and bacons. I also like toasts, buns and scones with a lot of butter and jam. I used to eat a lot when i was young but when i started to work then i became fat so i had to reduce calories what i had taken each day. So i have to stop eating those things. Wish there's a way to lose weight and have nice shape without reduce the food you intake and exercise. No liposuction please!

Blueberry pancakes and eggs are great for breakfast, or sometimes I'll make them for dinner too. I also like hash browns with eggs. I may eat either of these if I want a bigger breakfast, but I generally prefer just a small breakfast. When I want a smaller breakfast, I may eat a bagel with cream cheese, a poptart, a danish, or a slice of toast with peanut butter, or a small bowl of oatmeal.

many times i am so in a hurry that i cannot have a proper breakfast, just a coffee and a croissant: that'all. When I have time i prefer to have or cold milk with biscuits, or some fruit yoghurts, coffe and fresh fruits

I love bagels with cream cheese but they're pretty bad for you. Fruit and granola is another breakfast favorite of mine.
