How many of you believe in working out to be fit???

I am exercing from the last six years, just after passing out the school. I started it only because i wanted to loose all those baby fat. After loosing that, i continued working out because i started feeling much energised and fit, since then i made it an important part of my life...What do you think?? Exercise is necessary in some form for a heathy life???

Exercise is definitely necessary for a healthy life. There are so many benefits to exercising. It is good for your heart, good for your bones. And it is essential if you want to lose weight. It improves your mood too. If I am upset or worried about something, I go for a long walk and it helps to calm me down and make me feel better.

i worked out for three months last year. and i believe it's the best time of my life. and i really felt healthy when i had hours spent each day in the gym. i really want to go back. maybe on february, i'll be working out again.

Though I have been a slacker the past couple months due to the holidays etc I do enjoy working out and I definately notice that I not only feel better overall and lose wt plus tone up but I sleep and think better too...Exercise IMO is definately important in ppls lives but that doesnt mean one has to workout as much as the next person....some ppl only need that 30 mins a day whereas others may need or enjoy 90 mins a day...I'm planning on slowly getting back up to 90 a day and hopefully by spring be doing 2 - 3 hours a day

I agree. You can eat right all you want but you will eventually have to incorporate some sort of cardio in that as well in order to be fit. It's inevitable that you will need to live an active life. I've been exercising for years and I enjoy it very much. You stay fit and it helps with stress as well.

I believe in it!...Working out to be fit is not the only reason!...We work out because we want to be healthy in inner and fit in outer!...Healthy because it energizes your body and it is one of the effective ways in burning body fats!...lolz
