does any one owns olympus FE 190?

i had bought olympus FE190 digi camera of 6.0 MP.3x zoom but the quality of the picture taken is not upto the mark.. when i zoom it it starts blunting while being 6.0MP it should not at least initially... is any one else facing same problem.. or m not operating it proprly as the brand Olympus is known all over world?
