Are you a smoker or not? Do you agree with not allowing people to smoke in public spaces, like malls, shops, restaurants, ... I don't want to have to breath that kind of air. And get that disgusting smell on my clothes. And passive smokers are more unprotected than active smokers. I agree. (Some days ago I saw a man lighting a cigarrette and smoking very close to a baby. What's in his head?)
