Does anyone knows about Sunshine Empire or Emcom?

Does anyone know about these companies? Recently, i happen to get the chance to know about emcom. They are opening on the project for investor to invest. This company is a singapore registered company working with establised companies like Blue engine Asia pacific and the local technology company called tayee. anyone knows anything about this? pls comment about ur findings? or any issue on this? I'm glad that people over here will share their views and knowledge on business too...

Do You want to be a investor and invest in Emcom?..:) Well It can be good or not so good and it's quite hard to predict what will be with their stocks on the market. Since there is not 100% safe investion on the stocks..

I would like to be bt erm, there is a lot of things i not quite sure because at first they are talking about the company's value which is not talking about stocks because they are not a listed company. Only listed company will be in SGX or initiate IPO. And i heard its a partnership and not a stock. I'm still very confused. What i know from the milestone is that on 2008 they are launching Officially the whole of Taiwan, EM-Taichung. And they stated that they would want to be listed within 5 years time.... Plz advice on the feasibility of the partnership...
