Will You Change Your Job, If You're Offered a Substantial Hike?
I'll switch my job immediately.
I'll weigh other factors too.

I have changed jobs due to there is going to be more money in it for me and too be honest it is not worth it, the grass is not always greener on the other side.
I recently changed my job for a big pay hike and i hated it, i left after 2 months and on monday i am going back to doing something which i like. Really money was a big factor in my life but i have changed the way i look at it now and i dont look for the money i look for a place where i can progress and i will enjoy.
