I will create a colony will the most modern facilities in it. Go the best of the places and take world tour with my family and my closest relatives which would last at least two months staying in the best hotels of those countries. I would fulfill all the requirements and fantasies of my children and wife and even of my relatives. I would give the most want gift to my mother. I will make everyone who matters to me simply more than happy.

yes. when rich, it's not easy. people will always look up to you and ask for help. well, if ever i am the richest person on earth, i will surely build more schools that are affordable to common people. i will try to open businesses and give works to people. i won't just give away money since this will make people just so dependent on me. it's better to help them learn how to earn money in a hard way.
