HOw can i earn through referrals?

Hi! I know that im just new here, I'm just wondering if you are really earning through referrals. Its not showing on my earnings but i already referred 3 people. Im just giving it a try at first i don't believe it. But as i read the testimonies of other user its really is true.. I just wondered i invited three people to be able for me to help them earn a little... So i can give them advice too..

If you get a referral you will earn 25% of what he has earned if you want to earn more get more referrals..

You make 25% of what your referrals make. So, if they're not active and making very much, then you won't make anything either. Tell them the guidelines to the site, and offer them the basic tips, such as posting to a discussion with more than 4 lines of text, only posting quality responses and not gibberish or off topic, post images, etc.
