I always start out falling asleep on my left side in the fetal position, but always find myself waking up on the right side yet still in the fetal position.
I am my way to look this up...I remember reading somewhere the position you sleep, tells you something about your personality, if I find it before my children need my attention, I will be back to let you know!

I lay on my left side in the fetal position. Once asleep I tend to move about. I wake when my body needs to change position. I turn to my right side and end up on my back come morning.

Both of us are side sleepers. We also put a pillow between our knees for proper spinal alignment. It seems to make a big difference in whether or not we have back pain.

Pretty much go to sleep on my right side and end up on my back by morning. Seems like I have settled on this since I have gotten older and the bed we got from the Free Clothing Bank is too soft. When I had my bed before the fire I tended to also sleep a bit on my stomach. The bed was firmer!

Sleeping with my husband who is 6 foot 6 inches was not always comfortable lol..He sleeps in a postion I would call the "fully stretched out and hogging up the bed" LOL...
We recently got a king size bed and now there is plenty of room for both of us..
I sleep on my left side, facing the open side of my bed..I also began to notice I would wake and have a sore arm because for some reason I like to tuck it under my head..I don't really know how I can break that habit since it's something I seem to do when I am sleeping but I am guessing it isn't the greatest thing for circulation in my arm!

Guess what I do the same thing I tuck my arm under my head to, and sometimes my hand falls to sleep.
