Tired, tense? Have a relaxing bath.
The heady fragrance of this exotic blend will help you leave the cares of the day behind for a tropical island paradise!
15ml base or unperfumed bath oil
4 drops pure ylang ylang essential oil
1 drop pure rose otto essential oil, or 2 drops geranium
2 drops pure orange essential oil
2 drops pure sanalwood essentail oil
Mix the essentail oils with the bath oil, then add to running water when the bath is almost full.
I love my essential oils and have various herbs growing in my farm. o yes pregnant ladies, please check with your doctors first, I know some herbs are very dangerous when pregnant.
Enjoy have a relaxing bath, do you have any tips?

Those are great suggestions! There are a lot of aromatherapuetic effects you can derive from essential oils and natural herbs. I believe they can help to relax, stimulate, concentrate and even medical benefits can be achieved using them.
My tip is to use fresh herbs or 100% essential oils AND for a relaxing bath or sensual night with your significant other~ candles are great to use in combination with the oils. You can use an aromatherapy guide, depending on the mood you are trying to set ; )
Here are some of the ones I share on my website...
