I guess it depends what I am putting cheese or butter onto
I like cheese and butter on a baked potatoe Broccoli also
Butter works on toast never tried cheese except to put together for toasted cheede

i prefer butter because it has a great test,which i like most,and i also prefer buttering, when someone buttering me,then i enjoy it very much.
