do women make better employees?

i believe being a good employee does not have to do anything with gender at all. it really depends on how a person values his work.

I think so but it depend on work and environment in witch work is happend and people.

i think that women make better employess. i think that they can handle more amount of work, they can manage many things simultaneously, they make the workplace better by improving aesthetics. the biggest one is that they don't hop i.e. they don't jump jobs, so if u keep more women then there will be less attrition rates.
