Hi there! I've been in a Call Center Industry for 2 years. I remember year 2005, I worked in a Call Center Industry as a Direct Response Agent for a 24/7 Account. as months passed by, I felt that I'm not happy working in a 24/7 Company. but I did finished 1 year tenure with them just to have an experience as all we know, experience in a call center industry makes your salary Increases. so, after i year with them, I decided to transfer to the most nearest place where I lived and my prayers were granted. I worked in a Call Center Industry which has only a night shift and a Saturdays and Sundays off. which is more convenient for me becuase Its only a 30 mins drive from home and at the sametime, the schedule. but again, as months passed by, I felt not happy again because I left my Family at home just to work and inorder to survive. I tried searching on the websites where there is offering a home based work. I applied to all of those companies. one of those got my information and did an interview session. and now, I'm working as a home based call center agent for 2 different companies thou I don't have time for my family a bit and no time fixing myself but the convenience that I fell right now is enough. and you know what, Iam earning triple now compare to the salary that I was getting before. and, No need to dressed up, no transportation, no big taxes to pay and most of all, working at home with my Family.

I have been looking for the same type thing . I work in a call center now but would like to work from home . I surfed on the internet for somewhere's I could apply but couldn't find anything . How did you find this and what do you have to do ? I just think it would be so much more convient for me as I don't like to drive in the winter and it is about 20 minutes away from where I live .

Working at home is a big advantage. You don't have to dress up, it saves you money on gas and you spend as much gas. Working at home is more comfortable and especially if you have kids to take care of, and if you have some cleaning and stuff to do around the house.
