Our 2nd Anniversary and he wont be here...

My husband is in the Army. He is going to be leaving for JRTC in Mid March for a month, Our anniversary is April 2nd. I really wanted to do something really nice for our anniversary this year because he was in iraq for our first year anniversary. And he is so upset that he will be gone for this years also. I still want to do something nice before he leaves but i have no clue on what to go. Any suggestions?

wow thats rough.. being away from your husband like that, make some memories for the both of you..... take him out to dinner or make him dinner at home....candle light and soft music. Maybe a movie and a romantic evening afterwards. If he isn't leaving right away do something different each night and take pictures of the two of you together and make a little booklet for him to take with him. Happy Anniversary!!!

you could also throw a little party for family and friends to come by and celebrate with both of you.

Thanks i think i will end up making him a nice dinner sense the town we live by does not really have any Nice places to go and eat! But thanks for the advice!!
