love a feeling or just a decision?

is it true that love is a decision to make not just a feeling.. some people say that love is decision to make like we do have acquitances and be able to share feelings and emotions to them but the people we love are those people that we make up our minds with.

Love is a physical and emotional feeling. Then the decision of what you want to do about it. To love, is for two people that can share all their inner feelings, and face the ups and downs in life together, always compassionate and respectful of eachother.
