help me! i m yet not issued my paypal account, is it safe to submit all sought info including ur credit card, bank a/c no.

There´s no problem, I work a long time with Paypal and they are a great way to pay and receive anything online.

PayPal is a very secure site. I have been a member since the very beginning when they were giving out free money and I have never had any issues. i use them all the time for auctions, donations, and to get my payments from associated content.
