Your best dish !!!

My other half seems to just love when I make any type of Fettuccini. I make a variety of different one's. Sometimes I will just make fettuccini alfredo on it's own. Other times I will make chicken alfredo. But every time I make shrimp linguine alfredo she just loves it every time.. I have included the recipe just in-case anyone would like to try to make it for themselves or there partner or family.. It's to die for & is very yummy if you are a seafood fan! . . "Shrimp Linguine Alfredo." Ingredients are: - 1 (12 ounce) package of linguine pasta - 1/2 cup of butter, melted though - 2 teaspoons of minced garlic - 40 small shrimp, peeled - 1 cup of half & half - 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper - 6 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese - 4 slices of lemon (for garnish) - optional Directions are: - Cook the pasta in a large pot over boiling water until ready. Then drain the water. - Meanwhile, melt the butter in a larger sauce pan. Then saute the onion & garlic over medium heat until it is tender. Then add the shrimp, & saute over high heat for at least one minute. But stir it constantly. Then stir in the half & half. And cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce at least thickens. - Then pasta the pasta on large plates, or serving dishes. Then sprinkle with black pepper & the parmesan cheese. Then you can garnish with the lemon slices if you'd like. My other half always gets so excited seeing that I had made this.. As this is one of his favorite dishes that I make for us.. If anyone tries it I hope they like it just as much. xx

My entire family loves my killer potato soup. My husband's favorite is seafood enchiladas, and my daycare kids beg for tater tot casserole. My friend says I make the best meatloaf ever. As for me, I think everything tastes pretty good but it is never as good as my mother's cooking.
