This question is for the Women. Would you buy you spouse or boyfriend a playboy subscription? I got a subcription for my boyfriend for christmas, and he was so excited. He got his first issue yesterday and I have never looked through one and it wasn't as bad as i thought. i liked the jokes in it. So would you buy one for him or not? why or why not?

Yes, I would buy my boyfriend a subscription to Playboy or even something similar. I have no problem with him looking at that kind of stuff. The jokes are kind of funny, aren't they?

I agree with you :)
I don't see anything wrong with any of this..
I actually don't see much different than the steamy romance novels I read..They are sexy to me and that's probably because women tend to be more turned on by the thinking of it all where guys are very visual...
Same thing different way...
The only time I feel this kind of thing can hurt a relationship is when the partners don't see eye to eye on it..
But you both feel totally comfortable then why not?

thanks, i don't feel so bad, because my one friends was like why would you get him that, that is so degrading to women and if he wanted to look at women then he should look at you...i don't care who he looks at because i know he is laying his head next to mine each night.

Sure I have and would again. I'd rather them be looking at the stuff I bought rather than hiding it and looking at the really raunchy ones. I enjoy playboy myself.....Interesting articles ;-)

No way. I'm not putting out any fire I didn't start. If my man needs more than me he can move along. Besides ladies, men are wired much different than we are. If they see a woman that looks interesting, that image may stay in their minds for the next 2 months! Men are visually stimulated. Why else would they have started those magazines?

I know its just pictures in a book.Im the jealous type so if he want to look at them he needs to go and by the book himself and dont look at them around me.

No, I would not get it for my husband. I find that the women in those magazines degrade women, and I am uncomfortable with it. I am sorry, I am older than you and a bit old fashion. I am sure my husband would enjoy it though, as your boyfriend does. Men are very visual.

No, I wouldn't. I know he prefers other magazines like Penthouse. Playboy is a little too fluffy for him. But more than that, he really prefers archery or bicycling magazines.

I would buy it for him. I don't think there is anything wrong with him wanting to look through a magizine furthermore we look at it together. I believe so many people see the word "playboy" and instantly think nasty about it and never seen the inside of the book in their life...

Yes, I like to look at them too. I wouldn't allow smutty mags, but playboy and hustler are acceptable. I don't have a problem with this, though I used to be extremely jealous, I grew out of it. I realized I like to look at women, so how can I be mad at my man for doing the same?
