How do you tell your kids you are dieing?

I found out that I had a lung disease that is going to kill me probrably within five years.I have three children.My daughter is 20 and has a child of her own,I also have a 15 year old son and a 10 year old son.My 10 year old has always been a mommy's boy and I don't know how to tell them. Someone help me please!!
