how to quit smoking

can anyone please help me how to get my boyfriend to stop smoking. he always says that it's a gradual process and would take a long time.. any opinions on this?

Why are you here asking this? Your boyfriend should be the one asking if he really wants to give up. He has to want to give up for himself, not because you want him to stop. If he really wants to give up smoking, he will do it his own way and in his own time.

Your boyfriend is right. I'm smoker too. And i have it difficult to leave this bad habit.
