I do not beleive that it is the true nature of men to lie. Every man approches problems based upon thier past experiance. And the level of maturity is a major factor also.
If a man has some integrity he will not lie. However men do not like to hurt women any more than weom like to hurt men. So there is a time for all of us when a little white lie seems the better course. One big one would be when asked the question......Am I fat.......well this is a no win question. To be truthful may very well cost you far more than the little while lie.
But to beleive that it is the nature of men to lie is to beleive that it is the nature of all women to not lie.

It is the nature of ALL people, men and women, to lie. Every person is born with a bias towards sin. Every person sins.
We do not have to TEACH our children to lie, to get angry, or to do anything wrong. It is their nature, and they do it.
So, yes, I'll agree with you that men lie - but so do women.
Women cry. Yes, women do cry, and so do real men.
For centuries in our past, men were taught to be men. They were taught to be stoical and not to show emotions, while females were taught to be feminine: to be ladies. They were taught to delicately, but needlessly wipe a tear from their eyes, to flutter their eyelids and to flatter the men. They were taught to be soft and gentle and the men were taught to be tough and in charge in every situation.
This continued down through the generations, until women's liberation and gay rights movements started to exercise changes. Ladies ceased to become ladies and started to imitate men.
However, nature is nature. Men and women continue to lie. Men and women continue to cry. I am not aware of any statistics to prove that men lie more than women, but I am inclined to believe it is true. I also believe that women cry more than men do, but that is because they do have a softer nature and are therefore more affected by tragedies, suffering, and even just problems.
Men are men. Women are women.
Long live the difference!
