I agree with this statement. For me, it's being able to decide to entertain the thought of love than just feeling it.

In my view love is based on the feelings , understanding , compromises , sacrifices , giving and all that.
love is a greatest relationship in the world than contain more power than others.
love is the name of feelings the emotions of your lover and understand what she feels about you.

I think that people fall in love out of a feeling which sometimes goes away with time. Then it is a conscious decision to work things out to rekindle that feeling of love. So to me its both...a feeling but at times a conscious decision to bring that feeling back.

The word love is used for too many different things to say this is a true statement. I love puppies and that's not a choice, that's just the way it is. I choose to continue loving the puppy after it grows up. Unconditional love is a choice, and a tough one to keep. Love is a noun and a verb. Love as a noun is not a choice, it is what it is. But the verb is a choice, and one not made often enough.
