liquid oil, oil spray or larn, what do you mainly use ? Why?

i just use regular liquid oil sometimes spray depending on what i am cooking.

I use the oil spray more than regular oil. It's much easier to use and makes less of a mess.

I usually use Pam cooking spray. I like the one with olive oil, but it depends on what I am cooking. Sometimes I use the butter one, like when I make french toast.

I assume you meant lard. I don't use lard but I use cooking oil in recipes that call for it. Spray oil to keep things from sticking. Occasionally I have a recipe that calls for shortening. I prefer to use blue bonnet when margarine is called for in baking.

I use spray (like Pam) or butter. As an ingredient I use olive oil.

I usually use oil spray. It is much healthier than using regular liquid oil. I love using my oil spray.

I usually use Olive Oil for most of my cooking as it is wonderful for its healthy properties. However, I do use vegetable oil sometimes as well.
