No offense, but am I the only one in here who gets really bored with and lazy about reading lenghty discussions/responses. I mean I just don't have that patience... maybe it's due to the fact that I don't read novels or what do ya'll think? Share your opinions.

It depends on the subject. If it is interesting then I will keep reading - if not I will just move on to the next. However if someone replies to my discussions with a long reply that is actually relevant I will read it all =)

I think my problem actually arises from the fact that I don't have a reading patience. Most times, I just glance through texts except the text happen to be short or not too long.

Hahahaha...With me it's not so much the lengthy discussions, but more, when I see a discussion I want to respond to and then having to read all the damned responses...lol. SO I mainly go for the either new discussions or the ones with the least responses at the time likes of this one here. I'm sure there will be a lot more responses, but I'm glad I could get in early and add my 2 cents in here lol.

Oh dear that I guess that will rule out you responding to many of my discussions or reading my responses to your discussions. I am one of those who does tend to give lengthy responses and this is because I generally only respond to those discussions that interest me. The reason for not many one or two word responses is that myLot was paying the same amount of money per post for those who gave a simple answer and this upset those members who were in fact making considered responses but were being disadvantaged in their earnings. For example if someone answered "yes" "sometimes it annoys me" or "no" to this, under the old system they would have received the same amount of money as I would. Alas if you don't like reading long responses then I guess you won't be reading this one either, although by my standards this is not long at all. LOL

I think this is actually kind of amusing, i rarely hear anyone complaining about the conversations being to long. Usually it's people complaining about the one or two word replies. :)

They complain about one or two words responses only because the rules have made them seem illegal. I'm better off with them unless otherwise necessary. Thanks for the response. +

I guess that's part of what makes this a good site- you can respond to whatever interests you and whatever you feel that you can contribute to. I don't mind a lengthy discussion if it's about a topic that interests me, but I won't suffer through reading pages and pages of posts if I'm not at all interested.
