You are never to old to learn. I am much older than you and I just completed my Bachelors degree. It took me forever because I went at night and on weekends. If you really want to go back to school especially if it will better your life then do it. Remember nowadays everybody is going back to school because people are being force to change careers do to layoffs. So forget about thinking you are to old. It is your life and your education. Good luck

yes. there's no such age rules when getting an education. age is not the question but the willingness of someone to go back to school and fulfill her/his dreams.

It is never too late to go back to school and learn. Learning should be an everyday thing. I think it is wise decision to go back to school but that is only if you want to. No one should make you go. You have to want to go for yourself and to better your life. If you have a dream career and it needs education to get it fullfilled, then i say go on back. and hold your head up high!. You are still young and have a good head on your shoulders.+

i dont think 23 is too late already sis.. well you know what im 24 right now, turning 25 by next month by the way and im still planning to pursue my studies.. as they've said, there's no such thing as too old to learn.. i guess you really have to encourage and motivate yourself to pursue this thing, and from there, you can make the first step and keep on moving,. aim high that's it!

If you want to learn there is no right age for that. Im 22 years old yet I still continue my studies. At first I feel the same way as you do, but I want to finished my studies because I have my dreams so I continued studying even some student that are younger than me consider me as their ate(in Filipinos it means older sister).

No you aren't too old. I just turned 23 myself and am going back to school this fall. I am looking forward to it. I did a year at a university I hated when I was 18 and have been working since I left, but I always wanted to go back to school. In my uni classes before there was a woman who was in her early sixties and doing her first degree. You are never too old for education. Look forward to your new school life and think of all the possibilities there are going to be for you, new friends, interesting people and much more. Think of it as an adventure into a bright new future. That's how I am choosing to see it.

I droppe dout of college when I was 17, went back at 20 to get my associated degree and am now 28 and working on my Bachelor's degree. When I was working on my associates degree I attended many course with people much older than you, some old enough to be my parents. You should always further your education when you have the opportunity to do so. You are never too old to learn something new!

age is just a number. and it's never too late to go to school. education is for everyone, young and old. i am 28, a licensed pharmacist and i am going to study further within this year to uplist my pharmacy course. and i don't find anything wrong with me studying again at the age of 28. don't worry. think of what's best for you.

why would you think that you are too old for going back to school? Of course not! I've seen people 20 years your senior going back to school. My father wants his Master's and is going back at the age of 50, so no 23 is not too old. You're just really beginning your life at that age, so don't look at the negatives... just how those classes will enrich your life. Also, you are never too old to learn something new. They say you should learn a new thing every day..

hi dianagaddi,
don't worry, about you being old. I was also the aged ones in my school as I had to drop out of school for several years due to sickness. But, I used to help my classmates, who were young and naive with problems that needed a mature outlook, as I was old enough. They really liked that part. We were a great team.
The only thing that would matter when you get in the school is how you bond up with your classmates.Go ahead, make friends and enjoy school life again.
You know, being at school is the best part of my life. And I am sure you would enjoy it too..
All the best!
Cheers,
{:-))
