ok. my ex needs to be a man by now and pay up! he owes his first child support. if you know him, hire him, are related to him or are just his friend. you are not being an active part of society by reporting him. he has a daughter right now who is suffering separation anxiety -She Is Only 2! He needs to be arrested, for such an injustice.
