Have you ever experienced sleep paralysis???

If you have experienced sleep paralysis, what were your episodes like??? I experienced them for about 10 years. Just before I was going to fall asleep, I would suddenly become completely paralyzed. I was completely aware of my surroundings, but couldn't move a muscle,not even open my eyes or move just a pinkie. It was scary, felt like my life was being sucked out of me, felt very evil. My sister also experienced these episodes, though my parents & their pastors told her it was a demonic attack and that she was possessed...Only later in life did I discover that this was an actual medical phenomenon called sleep paralysis...I guess I'm not the only one who has had this experience.

I haven't experienced them in the last 10 years, but I was reminded of them because my little sister is dealing with depression stemming from things from her past, including our parents telling her she was possessed by demons, there's actually info online that explains some of it though it seems to still be a mystery with no absolute cures. I wish I had known about it when I was experiencing it.

You know what, i used to experience the sleep paralysis. YOu need not have to worry, just consult orthopedic surgeon and neurologist, if something has gone wrong. I have consulted Orthopedic surgeons and neurologist,have advised to for physiotherapy treatment and now iam okey
