Who is your favorite Jpop Aritst?

It took me a while, but I finally got over my Gackt addiction. Sad, I know.

First Artist that got me into JMusic was Utada Hikaru way back in 1998. ^_^ I still like until this day.

aw i hate you all .. not even one of you mentioned the queen of jpop... U_U... and anime seiyuu.... Megumi Hayashibara!!! lol.... dont remember U_U.... evangelion of course, slayers, nuku nuku, etce etc..................

well, i like arashi, v6, utada hikaru, boa, Larc en ciel, da pump, and a lot more

i haven't a favorite jpop artist... but i like some musics of BoA, Ayumi Hamasaki, Namie Amuro... i prefere jrock =P

Not sure if it's quite Jpop, more like Jrock but I love Miyavi and Dir en Grey

I'm not familiar with a lot of JPop artists, but I know a few from watching anime, playing video games, and from my bf, who listens to Japanese and Korean singers. From all the artists I've heard so far, I like Hikaru Utada, Yuna Ito, and Olivia Lufkin. If I had to pick only one I would choose Olivia =).

Seki Tomokazu is my favourite! Although at times I could go listen to Ayumi Hamasaki, Rhythem, T.M. Revolution and Move.

Remiomoren !! have you ever heard about them ?? or maybe Melody ?? or Cristal Kay ?? they have nice songs check them out

do you know Ryoko Hirosue? shes a japanese singer at 1998's until 2003's, she also stared some japanese movies and japanese dorama (drama). i like her so much, since i was on high school :)

I like a mixture of japanese artists, Moi dix Moi, L'arc en ciel, X Japan ((R.I.P Hyde)) I also like Yui and Utada Hikaru!!!

I have a lot too... But the first one who caught my very not so music inclined taste is the duo T&T!! haha, I heard their song Venus and that's the start of my love of Jpop as well as music! oh, and Tackey is hot too! haha! Then I discovered other jpop artists as well... that includes, Kat-tun, Ya-ya-yah, Kis-my-ft2, News, SMAP, Arashi, the Korean Boa, Utada Hikaru... and I also discovered Korean artists who debuted in Japan too.. they are TVXQ or THSK (Tohoshinki), SS501, and John-hoon... I adore jpop!

I like speed but they have disbanded. eriko Imai who is a formermember is my favorite, and so is utada hikaru.. i also like hideaki takizawa :)

I don't know of a whole lot of Jpop artists, but I love Pizzicato Five. I am not sure if they are still a group or not though.

I don't know a lot of jpop artists, but I do listen to jpop. I'm back to my old jpop addiction again. I like singers/bands: Gackt, Larc en Ciel, Utada Hikaru, Chihiro Onitsuka, Asian Kung Fu Generation, Ayumi Hamasaki, Ayaka, Mika Nakashima, Arashi, Yamashita Tomohisa, melody... I'm currently addicted to Gackt, lols! There are still a lot of jpop artists that I'd want to listen to but then I haven't got much time and not much space on my PC!! Waaaah... Poor me...

My favorite would be Takizawa Hideaki who's partners with Imai Tsubasa. Tackey's the one responsible for starting my love for Japanese music. He was the first singer who made me listen to his songs then i started liking Japanese songs...he's really really handsome too :)
