What do you think of this judge's ATROCIOUS behaviour!!?

Hello everyone! I'd just like to get your opinion on a case that I heard over the TV the other night. It is of an Oklahoman judge*convicted* of using a "personal pump" under his robe DURING TRIALS!!! I am about rolling on the floor laughing with this case...it was first discovered by a policeman testifying about a case when he saw plastic tubing disappear under the judge's robe. (Then on his lunch hour they went in to investigate what was under his bench & take pictures...) It was said there was a "whooshing/pumping" sound heard throughout the courtroom (also caught on tape. He said "I didn't hear it, but I'll listen for it!") I would welcome your opinion on this judge's behaviour.
