Man or woman

Both man and woman should take the same responsibility to run the house. If you have understanding, you can run a smooth life helping each other.

*lol*....i think there has to be a balance to all. no one can take full responsability for a family. there should be no power struggle about who's the "boss" and i believe that you need to teach your children that too. but you haven't told us what you think about ths subject? ciao vicky

well both woman and man...,i think divorce happen not actually because this problem.

The man is the head of the family. That is the natural way of things. But he must be considerate of his wife and help her as much as possible.

It depends on what aspect you are referring to. If you mean that one person should be in charge of everything, then neither. There are some things they should both be equally responsible for, such as raising good children. That doesn't mean that one can't do more than the other, but they should both be involved. If a woman chooses to stay home to raise her kids then the man should take the lead and earn the income. That doesn't mean that he gets to come home and do nothing though. There is plenty to do after the 9-5. After all, being a mom is a 24 hour job. As far as making decisions, they should be equal partners. Both parties should have input and should come up with solutions that benefit the whole family. Men should be responsible for killing bugs too. Yuck! lol

What is the doubt in this? Naturaly Man has to lead the family.Just thing ,when you are young your mother ,father sister brother all were with you.As you grow also they are with you.That means you are always with your own blood relations whether young or old. But think the lady ,once she is married she leaves (part away) all her blood relations and comebehind you. She lives totally in a new environment and try to adjust with allyour relations.Hence it is the responsiblity and duty to look after the lady by leading yopurself in the life.No doubt both are equaly responsible to manage the house, it is the man who should share the greater responsiblity.This will pave better under standing between the two of the partners. When better understanding is there where is the room for divorce.

i feel that if both the man and woman have equal rights of what they do in house then it would lead to gender trouble like arguing over silly things. don't u think it can increase the divorse rates?
