Functional Glass vs Decorative Glass

Do you prefer to make funtional art, (ie. goblets, plates, pipes, etc) or do you prefer to make purely decorative art, (ie. sculpture, hangings, mixed media)?
I prefer to make funtional art. Mostly I make glass jewelry of all different kinds. The picture shows one of my necklaces that has sold.
