Bush Baby

I think Simon does take it a bit too far when coming down on people for the way they look. However, if he feels they can really truly sing, he tells them that too. Whether we like it or not, it's not TOTALLY just a singing competition. America judges the contestants on looks and presentation as well as their singing ability. Simon's opinions go a long way in some cases. He passed on Taylor Hicks last year and look how that turned out! Sometimes he's not always right. LOL.

I thought it was hilarious and to think he did that n'sync move saying it just comes to him and his friends tell him to go with it. Ok let me stop laughing but I think that the world is full of cruel people and they are poking fun at the boy. He could have been serious like William Hung, cause you know Hung or whatever his name actually thought he could sing. I don't know whether to laugh or shake my head in pity for them.

I've seen lots worse than that guy, even though he was pretty bad. Simon calling him Bush Baby has made him famous though. Everyone on the idol boards are talking about him :-).

I didn't think he was horrible, and he certainly wasn't the worst, but he definitely wasn't good, either. I can't believe that his friends would actually tell him he sounded good..I mean...friends aren't supposed to lie. Maybe they were looking out for his feelings, but still... I also think it's rude that Simon called him a "bush baby." It really isn't nice to make fun of people's looks. It's not like they can help it.
