Anyone know of any reasonable "romantic" cabin getaways in Ohio?

I would love to go with my boyfriend and have a romantic weekend in a cabin this winter. I've been surfing around looking at sites but would love some suggestions from people who have really been... the rental companies can be deceiving :)
