Is Cpu itself emit radioactive?

my father had complained that since he is using the computer,he encounter some body itchy problem.
He claimed that the Cpu whic located on top of the computer table which at the right hand side causing the problem.
i am using lcd monitor..
Actually wat is the main cause of the radioactive and it my father's claim that the cpu emit radioactive is true?

i dun think that the CPU really emit radioactive,since u are using lcd monitor,the comparison between lcd and crt,of course lcd give less so called radioactive.The cpu itself has its hardware components that has electricity running in it.although it emit some so called radioactive,i think it is not the cause of the main problem
