Sandals resorts

I want to visit a Sandals resort in either Jamaica or the Bahamas. I need some input on which place is better and which resort.
Have you been to either? Which did you like better and why?
Have you stayed in a particular Sandals that you liked? What was good and bad about your experience?

My husband, kids, and I went to Beaches (owened by Sandals but for children too) in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. We had a wonderful, wonderful time. We took advantage of excursions and the "Ultra-all-inclusive" and did the resort SCUBA. We went to Dunn's River Falls, river tubing, and also on a shopping trip. We were there for 4 nights and had an excellent time. I love the Regge music and the people there were great. Really, you just need to avoid people that you do not want to buy souveniours from.
