Any allergy sufferer please tell me what may cure this irritable sort of problem, as I tried many things, yet to no avail. Also anyone might want to share their allergy problems, please do so. Thanks!

The best cure for an allergy is to stay away from the cause. I have a big allergy from dust particles and perfumes. I think my nose is quite sensitive and I am asthamatic also. I keep my house clean and stay away from dust particles, smoke. I don't put on any perfume and this way it really helps me. But this causes a bit of discomfort to my wife who loves perfumes! Anyone, who can provide me a solution to this problem?

ME too, dust particles make me sneeze and makes my nose sensitive too. I always had this allergy problem since i was a kid, thank god its much better now. Your wife loves perfume, but you can't use any coz of your allergy.. hmm thats a tough one. Try using roll on, instead of sprays, sprays are not good.

I've always suffered from allergies, but lately they are part of a bigger problem. I've been diagnosed with Meniere's disease, which is a disorder involving the inner ear that causes vertigo and hearing loss. Apparently my allergies contribute to my Meniere's symptoms, hence an effort must be made to clear them up. Right now I'm trying SLIT, which is sublingual immunotherapy, similar to the allergy shot but without the shot part. It's too early to be too sure about how it will work, but I've read some pretty good things about it. Another thing I'm working on is environmental factors. I know some of the suggestions the doctors make are a little over-the-top and hard to implement, but simply keeping my apartment a little cleaner and using an air purifier has made a big difference for me. Also, if I am outside for an extended period of time, I do change clothes and take a shower when I come in to get rid of outdoor allergens I could bring in with me.
