That's pretty impressive, I wish, I could be as creative as you.
So, that's what you're pointing out, "be creative", I guess.. I'll try to be more creative when regards with my business.
btw, people (usual clients) are so stingy, they're not after on how creative you are, but how low you can offer your price. :(

Thank you for looking and your sweet compliment. Yes, be creative in business. Just do your own thing the best that you can and you will succeed. Good luck my friend.

Specifically, I'm referring to an Internet Cafe (though it's small), I couldn't think of any creative thing I could add spice to my small business. :(
Since, clients are after on low-rate/price that we could offer, and running this kind of business is not that less expensive, it is expensive, with electric bills are keep on raising, yet we can't adjust our rate to a normal and enough us to earn.
Good thing, there's myLot :), since I'm here almost 10hrs/day, I could max-out my time to earn and enjoy discussing. ^^

My company has a business in China and Brazil. Brazil business is no comparison to China. China is quicker in production of goods and quicker in shipping, but Brazil quality is MUCH better than China. There is no way to compete with China on any thing, but each country had their own good points.

The chinese are like the jews. They will survive anywhere. However, if you give them an inch, they will extract a feet out of you.
I have known of many business associates who thought the grass is greener in China. Most of them came home with their tails between their legs.
It is not easy to do business in China. Howabout chinese elsewhere? Still, do be wary in dealing with chinamen. There are good ones and an equal number of unscrupulous ones too.
If you want to compete with a chinamen, learn to think like him first. See how he behaves, acts and moves.

I use to run a coffee shop, and I found the only way to compete with them (and other larger chains too for the matter) is to strive for quality products and service. Also, get to know what your customers are after. If a coffee, your regulars want coffee and food, but a lot also want a friendly face then can chat too. If you comptete purely on price you'll probably lose, you just need to be creative and be the best at what your do, not the cheapest...
