Do u easily forgive someone who has done u wrong in the past?How?

I don't know why we wish to forget our past, why don't we instead take it as a lesson and accept as a reality! By seeing it as a reality, we are more matured enough to handle a similar situation at later point of time, not just with ourselves, but we can even guide others on that matter. About forgiving other, I believe, if by striking back we can get ourselves into a bigger problem then we should avoid it. We should be more focussed towards tasks at hand and how well can we improve upon our future. Forgiveness is an of the Brave as they say!
