why is computer gets infected by torjan virus?

Hello guys I am fed up with this torjan virus in my desktop. They really r rascal never get away of my work. So plz can u give some ideas of remedy. You would be really grateful.........

Well, first of all, you need an anti-virus. I'll bet anything you're on Winblows, so I recommend NOD32 by eset.

Now... rule of the internet... DON'T OPEN ATTACHMENTS! This is how most viruses are spread. Even if it LOOKS like it's from a friend, it doesn't mean it is. Most viruses will pick out e-mail addresses from someone's address book and send themselves out to those addresses or even spoof some of those addresses. So NEVER open attachments unless you KNOW it's coming and are expecting it.

use combination of kaspersky antivirus - Spy sweeper - zone Alarm...this is best combination of antivirus ,antispyware & firewall if u have internet...if u dont hav internet on ur pc then only kaspersky antivirus will do...
