Got recipes for homemade clay/dough and bubbles?

I want to make homemade play dough for my 2-year old, as her old ones have already dried up. We also have a small bubble machine for her which consumes a lot of bubble solutions and things here are quite costly. Got any recipes for these? Please share them with me.

Here is the recipe we use for bubbles: 1/2 cup dish soap
1 1/2 cups water, 2 teaspoons sugar. Store in a sealed container.
