ayurveda in asthma

Most of the ayurvedic drugs for asthma such as pankajakasthuri use steroids that relieve asthma but weakens ur immune system. Are there any safe ayurvedic drugs for asthma?

I think the main advantage of the realAyurveda over modern medicine is that it doesn't cause any side effects.The treatment may not be as fast as Modern techniques,but it is really effective.Modern medicines emphasises on symptomatic treatment and may impart side effects.I believe that all Ayurvedic techniques are safe,as far as I know.....
