I love them both. I used to have a cute little teddy bear hamster. He was white and light brown. He was the best, he would take naps on my tummy and he always let me pet him. Unfortunatly he died. I was so devestated he was my baby. I miss him so much. It's weird but I was really attached to him. I want to get another hamster because I love hamsters but I don't want to go through that again. What should I do?

It's easy to get attached to pets, especially when they're cute and cuddly.
I would say, go for it, get another one. Just remember that hamsters only have an estimated life span of 3 years. So, any time that you get with them should be cherished.

Perhaps you need to wait a bit before getting another one. It is always hard when we lose a pet that we have loved like that. They are a part of us. I know we've lost a few over the years and it is heart breaking. You'll know when you are ready for a new one. You might need the time to grieve frist. That's normal and allowable. Wait a bit and see how you feel.
