Yes I use proxy when i am online, it helps me hide my identity.

No i don't use a proxy while going online.. My connection directly connects to the internet..

I have a seperate downloading proxy, so when normal setting dont work, I turn on this proxy, and get my net going, its just a little trick out of the blue

I have before, but I usually don't use proxies. They tend to slow down your surfing experience, so unless I really want anonymity I don't use them. Proxies aren't always as secure as you may think. Even if you're behind a proxy a site can still get your ip if you have javascript, java, or any kind of active scripting enabled. If someone wants to find you bad enough, there are always ways.
