Are you crazy about Vedio Game Like me?

hello friends i am crazy about vedio games and like to know about someone who also crazy like me.you can get the idea about my craziness that some times during sleeps i get the dreams related to vedio games in which i play the lead role.sometimes i really worry about that and think is it ok.
i want to leave this haabit now can any body suggest me how can i leave it?

well i dont play video games but my friends do and i find it very addictive. they use it as a sort of relaxation even when they repare for their xamsand ive seen its really interestin and improves concentration

Try putting away your video game systems for a couple of days, or "misplacing the controllers" so you cannot play. But be careful you may experience withdrawal haha. I too love video games but I also know when its time to shut them thingsoff and let my mind unwind and my system cool down, esp. that I use the xbox 360 I do not wanna overheat tthat beast and ruin it, so i tend to play for 5 hours at a time and take an hour break.
