I like garlic only under some certain cirunstances. I find it almost impossible to eat garlic in a raw way, I prefer when it's used as a condiment to some selective foods, such as garlic bread or garlic flavored rice mixed with some nice fish.

My daughter says if she don't eat her garlic, she always gets sick. I guess it scares the flu and whatever else lurks out there away. Garlic is also a good blood thinner and a good way to lower cholesterol.

Garlic is atually one of my favorite things. I cook with it all the time and I am constantly trying to think of ways that I can use it.

Yes always, salt and garlic are the essencial of the kitchen, those are the main ingredients on any dish, to bring a special taste. Maybe you should try it a difrent way.

I like garlic very much. I include it in most meals, I use it in salad dressings, I bake whole bulbs and squeeze out the garlic and eat that - that's yummy. Maybe you've had burnt garlic, which is bitter and yucky.

Yes it is supposed to be good for. I cook with garlic a lot, I think it has a nice taste. How did you eat it? Maybe you need to try it a different way.
