I need an advice!

It depends on what MLM you invested in. 100k in what currency ? I invested 55 USD for my online MLM. It is an online shopping mall and I did quite well. It's worth for the investment and I'm glad with the result.

what did you invested in? Products? Swisscash? Services? or just plain mlm? wat u really need to do is to find someone who knows the ropes of business, maybe network marketing companies that specialise in education. This people should have lots to teach you in terms of sales, then move towards managing people u have brought into the network marketing company. U have to learn a lot if your asking such question... get more books.

100K is way too much to invest in MLM. Also, don't confuse MLM with get rich quick. Look for reputable companies with a track record, requiring relatively small startup capital, and preferable no inventory requirements. Small, affordable monthly fees for a service or product is okay, but the company should really be moving a product or service that is needed and would sell without a "business opportunity" attached to it. Last, but not least, there must be a compensation plan that pays well.
