mylot causes "tension headache"

as i was too addicted in mylot i cant resist bursting my mind thinking of idea's to write and this is causing tension headache now - do you think i am too crazy in mylot now or maybe some of you also the same lol

Since you admit that you are addicted, you should figure out steps to reduce it. Like try to do other things on the net that appeal to you.

You should not do computer work continuously. watching computer continuously may cause some headache for some people. I do get it. The solutio is to relax for every one hour for 10 to 15 minutes, divert your attention to something else.

yes i know - but the reason i'm getting headache really is by thinking the idea to write - i am crazy now with this site
