Why I can't upload photo?

I don't know how to upload photos! It says you have reached your photo upload maximum.Please try again later. Can you tell me why?

Its part of the guidelines that until your rating touches 100 you're unable to attach any images to the posting. Kindly go through the guidelines or below given link. http://www.myLot.com/myLot
