Mac/Linux/Windows?

well im using windows coz here in my country philippines,.windows is the most widely used operating system,.and perhaps i like the system of windows that those of the other two..

Don't know the first two, so I'll choose windows:))...Really, I think windows is good enough for the average home user. As far as I know, Linux is much more stable and more professional and Mac...well....Mac could also satisfy home users.:D

i never try another operating sistem. now i use windows xp sp2. it is easy to use, i can use a lot of application, i have no problem with drivers. i would like to use linux on one of my computers, but i had no courage to try, even it is more secure than windows

I preffer to use Linux because of the following reasons: 1) Many distributions of Linux are free for download as are many programs which run on Linux.Most software is distributed under the GNU Public License. License that allow anyone to modify the internal code of the software. 2)The core of the Linux operating system is free and is updated constantly with new features and support for new hardware devices. 3)Well-done administration of a PC with Linux allows to create a nice secured workstation. 4)The system setup of a Linux system does now allow viruses. There are many many other advantages but i'll be up to here.

Linux is good for servers because it requires less memory to run than most Operating System available besides the Linux Operating Systems

I'd also chose Windows, simply because its easier to use and not so complex like Linux. Linux I believe is more based on security and software development... but this things can be achieved with a windows platform easely with a good antivirus+firewall...and there are a lot of softwares out there based on wondows platform for software development. Now about Mac OS i hear they'r the best on grafics design and 3D manipulation...well I heaven't expierenced one myself, but I did had the chance to see one at work...and well I was amased...and I like the compact design of a Mac computer, they don't take too much space (good for an office). But these capabilitis are also available on Windows...with some good programs you can make 3D grafics and all that on a windows platform...and if your looking for space try a laptop :D I believe I said my oppinion why I chosed Windows from the first and still use it. :)

I prefer MAC OS because they are stable and reliable.I hate windows because they always have viruses and also other awful stuff.I cannot count on windows anymore!I used to be a windows customer since 1999-2005.Afterwards, I switch to mac and the experience is totally different!The graphical interface looks really good and comes with good performance.I don't need to install firewall and also viruses program since they are well protected by the system.I am not playing computer games, so I don't mind that I cannot play games in MAC.And now all apple computer that comes with intel chips can use bootcamp that can just boot windows normally(linux too!) You can go to your nearest apple store to have a look of These MAC it's really good. You will enjoy it!
