Don't know what to do

I know a family who had taken loan from bank and unable to pay the due amount in time and yesterday their house was sealed by the officers. I had given the my place to stay. I even cant help them as its a huge amount the only support i give them is encouragement. They redy to pay some amount but the officers are insisting them to pay the whole amount and then their house will be unlocked. No one is ready to lend them money and their helpless trusting on God alone. Could you suggest a way for this.

well i think that you should encourage them and be there for them even if you cant lend them money. i think that moral support also helps. also if you are not busy or you have some connections maybe you can help them or those who are able to work to find a job.. meanwhile offer them a place to stay for awhile but if it hurts you financially then i think that you would have to talk about it. i think and believe that you must help yourself first before you can offer yourself to others. but if you are doing just fine then it would be nice to let them stay for a while until they can find a job and a low paying apartment or place to live in..

Thats good suggestion, I have already lended my home for them to stay, its been 3 days they are in my house.

i have also taken a loan from bank , whether it is home loan or personal loan , they provide the facility to pay by EMI .
this is a worst condition normally it is happend in movie . real life is different from that .
If u are not able to pay one month EMI several time their representative call and ask u about EMI .
from how many month they haven't pay the EMI. if they are paying some amount why they haven't pay when bank officer contact them .
what u have did is good and u show ur humanity .
i also pray to god to help them .

Thanks for you response.
They took the loan in 1993 and till now they have paid five and half lacks. Any way they taken this issue to the court.

Well, it is strange that the company force them to pay for the whole debt. They should contact a lawyer to check if that is right, if not, try the most they can to make an arrangement to pay them
Anyway try at internet forums for loans. One day i remembered i saw a loan company that everybody recommended because of it's low fees

well thats hard....i really cant think of somethings else to help them except that they need more prayers for blessings and need actions on it...try to approach some people who can help like a foundation or something which they could borrow some money to redeem their house...you really have a big heart and i salute you for that matter..

I think that it is wonderful of you that you have at least been able to give them a place to stay. Or at least, I am pretty sure that that is what you were saying. I don't think that anyone could ask you for more. You don't have the money to give them that they need, and they don't have it, so I guess that they will have to lose their home :( I am so sorry that they are going through such hard times, and I will be praying for them to work things out.
